About Me
I am a Bay Area native and have been working in mental health care since 2016. Having experienced the powerful impact therapy has had for myself and loved ones, I entered the mental health field to support my community. As a therapist, I prioritize building warm, judgment-free relationships where people can explore their thoughts and emotions. I value the meaningful connections I have formed over the years and the opportunities to help others achieve their goals. I continually collaborate with colleagues, attend trainings, and research best practices to maintain a high standard of care and support.
I have experience working with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. My training and prior practice include supporting people with challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, psychosis, mood disorders, and personality disorders. As a queer man, I have a special interest in providing support to the LGBTQ+ community and addressing challenges related to sex, sexuality, and non-monogamy.
