People have more capacity for growth than they realize.
In my work with individuals and couples from a wide range of identities and backgrounds, I’ve seen how therapy can help people connect with strengths and insights they already possess. They often just need the right space to access them. My focus is on creating that kind of space: one where you can be honest, ask difficult questions, and clarify who you want to become.
I specialize in providing support to LGBTQ+ individuals and couples of all ages, including those in non-monogamous relationships. People who come to see me often focus on addressing challenges related to depression, stress, self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, and concerns about sex and sexuality.
I am currently accepting new appointments in-person and online! Please contact me for more information.
